Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AITHEOR platform, website and related services (the “Service”), provided by AARTIQ. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the activity of users in your organisation. You must keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. Administrators are responsible for managing their users’ access.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with your own organisation’s policies. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. You are responsible for the changes you instruct the Service to make to your ServiceNow instances.
Connected systems
The Service connects to systems you authorise, such as your ServiceNow instance and chat platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those systems and for the configuration and permissions you grant. The Service acts within the scopes and approvals you provide.
AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to generate plans, code and recommendations. Output may be imperfect and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and testing any change before it is deployed to a production system. AITHEOR provides governance, review and approval controls to support this, but the final decision and accountability rest with you.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data and of the artifacts the Service produces for you. We retain ownership of the Service, its software and our brand. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AITHEOR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your governing agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to administrators. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
